With a growing family, the owners felt it was about time to update their inefficient and ill-positioned old home. In its place they went with this solar passive and budget conscious alternative.

The owners of this knockdown rebuild loved the established community they had in Duffy. But felt they were starting to outgrow their old home. Their previous homes was inefficient and poorly positioned on the existing block to maximise sunlight. Homes by Howe helped them to create a north facing, light filled and solar passive alternative that makes the most of their block whilst being conscious of their budget requirements.
